CALLING DINOSAURS

Formed by Tracy Sonnier and Jeremy Jewell, Calling Dinosaurs creates music based around vocal harmonies accompanied by acoustic & electric guitar as well as various forms of foot percussion. The pairing of their very different but easily intermixed styles establishes a mood that is right at home in someone’s living room as well as in a crowded dive bar. Influences that should be easy to pick out include early American folk music, whiskey-soaked blues and country, as well as cajun, bluegrass and psychedelic sounds.
