A: Tickets are only sold online. You can purchase them here.
On the day of the festival, you can purchase a festival pass (if not sold out) inside the entry way of Chateau Theatre.
A: Kids of all ages are allowed. Kids 10 years old and under are free with a paid adult. Please note that not all acts may be appropriate for children.
A: Upon arrival in Downtown Rochester, you’ll need to stop by Chateau Theatre to have your ticket scanned and recieve your Festival wristband which will gain you access to all of our venues.
A: There are several great restaurants all within walking distance of the venues, but if you’re looking for something quick and easy, head to the alleyway by Bleu Duck Kitchen where we’ll be hosting three different food trucks as part of the Thaw Outdoor Food Hall.
A: Each venue has a restroom(s), however there may be limited access to those bathrooms depending on crowd size. Another alternative, is to head to the alleyway by Bleu Duck Kitchen where we’ll also have some portable restrooms available.
A: Yes you can still come and enjoy some live music in downtown Rochester without a ticket. Café Steam‘s original location will be hosting a free stage with music stating at 3:45PM and the last set starting at 6:45PM.
A: Yes, all venues for this festival are ADA accessible. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
A: All ticket sales are final, unless the festival is canceled, in that case all tickets will be refunded.
